Nation Fills Up On Bread






For me it would be "Nation Fills Up on Chips and Salsa"....what do you fill up on?

I wish I could say whole grains, lean proteins, and veggies...but the truth is it's more like taco bell and mountain dew. Oops.

Love me some good homemade bread..... but to be honest, the past 7 weeks (since I started the Fit By Fall challenge) I can honestly say, fruits/veggies and water.... lost 10 pounds too. YAY me

Well, I'm not really much of an eater so I'm having difficulty thinking of anything food-wise but I do fill seem to fill up on blogs regularly :-)

The only regular fill up I have is my breakfast of champions: yoghurt, muesli and blueberries. Woo hoo!

Air Popped Popcorn... WAY TOO MUCH popcorn. If I were cooked, I'd look like corned beef...or human!

I fill up on Mexican, carboloading on rice, beans, and enchiladas before races, and can be frequently spotted with a tortilla chip in hand, dipping it into some queso.

Don't forget the margarita...

Cheetos. I'm currently on a quest to fill up & overload on Cheetos :)
