So for about the last 4-5 months, I've had pretty much the same thing for breakfast. Every day. Two frozen waffles, topped with low-fat peanut butter and a banana.
I like it because it tastes good, is quick to make, and is convenient. There have been a few days when I've had something different, but really 99% of the time, this is what I eat. Probably not the most nutritious breakfast, but not the worst either.
What's on your breakfast table in the morning?

bacon, eggs, and toast.
I eat the same thing 99% of the time, too! A double fiber Thomas's English Muffin with crunchy peanut butter and dried cranberries. I've tried to switch it up but I always come back to this after a day or two.
Go Lean Crunch with Soy milk, and lately overnight pumpkin oats (oats, soy milk, pumpkin puree, spice, yogurt).
For years I was a toast with PB gal, but I am trying to eat different stuff lately.
I don't think that breakfast is all that unhealthy. And if it works for you, then work with it.
I alternate b/w pb&j on toast or oatmeal with walnuts & honey.
I'm on a Luna Bar kick. I have one each morning with a piece of fruit.
Unless of course, it's DONUT DAY!! ;)
yogurt around 8ish, oatmeal around 10ish. i have to space out my eatings... otherwise i'll eat a "large" meal at 8ish and then want more again at 10... this way i (usually) don't end up eating more than i should.
Hi!! thanks for stopping by my blog. i am glad i landed on your bfast post. bfast is quite possibly one of my most favorite things ever. 99.9% of the time i have oatmeal. the same exact way. banana-blueberry-almonds-cottage cheese all swirled in.
the other days i might mix it up with an omelette and toast, or cereal (but i never get full on cereal i just keep going back for more), and occasionally i will have a ban-choc vivanno with espresso, but might need something with it.
hehe. details details.
tgif!
I'm definitely a creature of habit. For years, I've had 2 pieces of WW toast or bagels with peanut butter and a banana. Oh, and also coffee. Once in a while, I get something different if I'm on travel.
I eat the same thing during the week which is real oatmeal cooked in the microwave, berries, walnuts and cinnamon.
95% of my breakfasts since May 1st have been peanut butter & honey sandwiches on wheat bread. It's good. It's fast. It's cheap.
I do the same thing- find something that works and stick with it
Chobani fat free greek yogurt (peach or vanilla, thank you) with a Vita Top (generally fudgy peanut butter)
Plenty of protein and fiber to start the day :)
